Exchange Eligibility Requirements

Costumer has 7 days to requeste a exchange.

To be accepted for return, your item(s) must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

  • Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair

  • Not be a final sale items

Basix reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet these requirements. If returned items are ineligible, they will be sent back to you and any applicable fees recovered. 

Exchange will be made once the item is return to us.
